Pcb88 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use for All Malaysian Members

Welcome to pcb88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and pcb88 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). 3 Account Management

• Personal use: Your pcb88 account is for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or grant access to your account to any other party.

Pcb88 uses a two-factor authentication (2FA) system for added protection. We encourage all members to enable this security feature through their account settings.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Pcb88 supports a variety of safe and convenient payment methods for Malaysian members, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and online bank transfers. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• Deposits are credited to your account in under one minute after bank confirmation is received.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• Pcb88 does not charge any processing fees for member deposits.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within three minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account as your deposit source account for security purposes.
• Pcb88 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits as a fraud prevention measure.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering (rollover) requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirements are fully completed.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6 User Conduct

Pcb88 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable platform environment for all members. As such, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to exploit the gaming system.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or providing false information to pcb88.
• Using the pcb88 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or pcb88 support staff.
• Attempting to access another member's account or pcb88's internal systems without authorization.
• Distributing obscene, racist, offensive, or unlawful content through pcb88 communication channels.
• Sharing or selling your pcb88 account to a third party.

Pcb88 uses an active monitoring system to detect unusual behaviour. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and a report to the relevant authorities if necessary.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the pcb88 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, game graphics, text, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of pcb88 or its respective licensors.

• You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of pcb88 content without explicit written consent from pcb88 management.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the pcb88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Any unauthorised use may result in civil and criminal legal action against the offending party.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pcb88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including:

• Service interruptions due to planned or unplanned system maintenance.
• Data loss caused by technical failures beyond pcb88's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Game outcomes generated by a certified and validated Random Number Generator (RNG) system.

Pcb88 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24 hours a day. However, we cannot guarantee continuous availability due to technical factors or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9 Account Termination

Pcb88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of any Term in this document. Additionally, accounts may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Voluntary account closure requests submitted by the member through official support channels.
• Confirmation that a member does not meet the minimum age requirement (under 18 years old).
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus system abuse.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from competent authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login activity.

Once an account is terminated, pcb88 will process any eligible balance within 14 business days, subject to any ongoing internal investigation. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

10 Changes to Terms

Pcb88 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational, legal, or relevant service changes. When material changes are made:

• A notice will be displayed prominently on the platform's home page and/or sent to your registered email address.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated each time changes are made.
• For significant changes, pcb88 will provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.
